How may I place my order?

You may place your order:

  • through our Web site;
  • by mail or fax (download our order form here); or
  • by telephone. For assistance please call us toll-free (within the US) at 1-866-7 ROCKET (1-866-776-2538). Outside the US call +1.281.971.4019. We're open M-F from 9 am to 6 pm CDT (10 am to 7 pm EDT, 14:00 to 23:00 GMT).


Is your Web site secure?

Yes, we use the latest encryption technology to ensure secure transactions via credit and debit cards.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept:

Do you gift wrap?

We gift wrap only our Ultimate Gift Sets. You do not need to request gift wrapping for Ultimate Gift Sets: We gift wrap each Ultimate Gift Set we ship.


I made a mistake on my order: How do I correct it?

Contact us as soon as possible to make changes to your order. Digital items (e.g., Digital Star Certiicates and Digital Star Charts) can easily be changed anytime. But if you wish to make a change after we print and ship your order, you will be charged a printing and reshipping fee.

What are your customer service hours of operation?

Our customer service hours are M-F from 9 am to 6 pm CDT (10 am to 7 pm EDT, 14:00 to 23:00 GMT). We also check e-mail on weekends.


Do you offer corporate or volume discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts on orders of 100 gift sets or more.

Will someone need to sign for my order when it's delivered?

Express Mail packages delivered within the US have a signature requirement. Contact us if you do not want a signature requirement for a package delivered by Express Mail.


How can my gift recipient get your monthly newsletter and launch notifications?

Your gift recipient will need to sign up for our monthly e-newsletter. Please ask your gift recipient to visit www.NameAStarLive.com/popups/gift_recipient_email_signup.htm and follow the simple, three-step sign-up process.


On what days of the week do you ship?

We ship Monday through Friday.

Once I place my order, how long does it take you to ship the package?

Orders placed one day are shipped the next business day. Express Mail orders placed before 3:00 pm CST (4:00 pm EST, 21:00 GMT) on a business day are shipped the same business day.


From where do you ship?

We ship from our corporate headquarters in Houston, Texas.


Can you arrange for delivery on a particular date?

No, we cannot make such arrangements.

Do you guarantee delivery within a particular time frame?

No, we do not guarantee delivery within a particular time frame. However, the delivery information above gives a reasonable estimate of delivery times.


Does the package you ship indicate it is from "Name A Star Live"?

No, the name on the return address is "Space Services Inc."


Do you ship outside the continental US?

Yes, we ship around the world via the postal systems of the US and the destination country. Please note that customers outside the United States are responsible for payment of any customs fees that may be charged by the destination country.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Yes, we send an e-mail to you once your order is shipped.


Can I track my package?

If you choose domestic or global express mail shipping you will receive via e-mail a tracking number that you can use on the USPS.com Web site to track the order within the US. If you choose domestic or global priority mail, you will receive a delivery confirmation number (for US destinations) or a customs number (for destinations outside the US).

Can I return my purchase?

We offer a 90% refund on all of our gift sets and accessories, except for Instant Gift Sets and other items that are delivered by e-mail: Digital items are non-refundable. We do not refund shipping costs. You are responsible for bearing the cost of returning goods to us for refund. You are also responsible for bearing the costs of re-shipping an order in case you provided us an incorrect shipping address when you originally placed your order, or if the package we mail to the addressee is not picked up by the addressee and is thus either abandoned or lost. Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. Note that Refunds are provided via the credit card you used for your purchase.
