Legacy Launch Success!

Name A Star Live is pleased to announce the successful launch of our Legacy Flight on April 28, 2007 from Spaceport America in New Mexico. Over 300 guests and media representatives from around the world witnessed the flawless launch of an UP Aerospace SpaceLoft XL rocket carrying our customers' star names and messages of dedication into space. Launch occurred at 8:58 a.m. MDT (14:58 GMT).

We want to thank all of our customers who joined us for the launch as well as Spaceport America, UP Aerospace, William Horton & Associates, Helping Hands, Inc., the New Mexico Museum of Space History, the Village of Hatch, the flight team from Holloman Air Force Base, the Boys and Girls Club of Alamogordo, and countless others who made this mission possible.

Our next mission, the Explorers Flight, will launch our customers' star names and messages of dedication into Earth orbit. Launch will occur aboard a Space Exploration Technologies (SpaceX) Falcon 1 launch vehicle from a site in the Marshall Islands. Click here for the latest news about the Explorers Flight.
